Are flights included?
Flights are not included, but we are happy to help you book them.
Approximate costs: $1200 for an adult and $800 for a child if you purchase well in advance
Flights to the pre-tour and post-tour, from Seim Reap to Luang Prabang are included

Is there an age limit on kids?

How old will the other kids be?
There is no age restrictions byt we are expecting children from 2 and 16. At our last family-friendly conference most children were aged between 10 and 16.

Are there some activities not suitable for younger children?
Program is designed to appeal to all ages, however, some of the activities may be beyond the skill set of toddlers – ie cycling

Can I travel on my own?

Yes you can. There is a single supplement cost for you to take a room on your own.

Can I add another night before or after the conference?
Yes, additional hotel nights are about $120 per night.

Are there babysitting services?
Kid’s Club: Kid’s club with babysitters service is accessible free of charge from 7:00 am – 18:00 pm daily. Kid Set lunch menu is available in kid’s club with an additional charge.

Babysitting services can be extended with extra charge of USD7/hour per child after 18:00 pm.

Do I need a visa for Cambodia?
ETA service available for stays under 30 days and costs USD $37 currently

Do I need a visa for Laos?
ETA service available for stays under 30 day and currently costs $45 USD

Are there family rooms?
Yes – interconnecting rooms and suite.

How many hours of conferencing is there?
16-20 hours of CPD

What will the conference topics be?

Is the conference program accredited?
Yes, accredited by RACPG & ACRRM. Most colleges will recognise our program, but you will need to look into this yourself.

What meals are included?
Breakfasts are included every day and we have a number of lunches and dinners included as per itinerary.
On the main conference, we have 6 breakfasts, 5 lunches and 2 dinners
On the pre and post tours, we have 4 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 dinners

Where is the hotel in Seim Reap:

Right in the middle of town, very close to the markets and restaurants

Are Cambodia and Laos safe?

At the time of writing, yes both countries are safe to visit. Check the DFAT site for current status.
