The scholarship includes return economy class airfares to Chennai, transfers, accommodation and meals in a home-stay, hosted by a local family.

The Scholarship program coincides with the Unconventional Conventions Southern India optional pre-conference tour, where the volunteers will speak to the group about their experiences living and working in the local community.
